Let Them Speak Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 29, 2026\n\nThis Privacy Policy explains how Trisummit Technologies LLC (\”we,\” \”us,\” or \”our\”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Let Them Speak Android application (the \”App\”). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

1. Information We Collect\nWhen you sign in with Google Sign-In, we receive your Google user ID, name, email address, and profile photo URL from Google (scopes: email, profile, openid). We store your user ID, name, email, and language preference to identify your account and sync your bookmarks and reading progress across devices. Your profile photo is received but is not displayed or otherwise used by the App.

We also store data you generate while using the App, such as bookmarks, reading position, and (in the future) purchase records for any books you buy.

2. How We Use Your Information-We use your information to: authenticate your account; sync bookmarks and reading progress across your devices; provide customer support; and, where applicable, verify entitlement to purchased content. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Third-Party Services-The App relies on the following third-party services to function:\n\n- Google Sign-In, for authentication.- Google Firebase (Firestore), to store your account and app data on Google Cloud infrastructure.- RevenueCat, to manage subscription and purchase entitlements if and when in-app purchases are enabled.- Google Play Billing, to process any future in-app purchases. We do not receive or store your payment card details; these are handled entirely by Google Play.Each of these services has its own privacy practices, governed by their respective privacy policies.

4. Data Retention and Your Choices We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can manage your data directly within the App:

– “Delete Personal Data” (in Settings) removes your name and email address from your account.- “Delete My Account\” (in Settings) deletes your account, including purchase and subscription history. If you sign in again afterward, a new account will be created and prior history will not be restored.

You may also revoke the App’s access to your Google Account at any time through your Google Account settings.

5. Children’s Privacy – The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

6. Security – We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including those provided by Google Cloud and Firebase, to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Changes to This Policy and Contact Us – We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date above and, where required, by notifying you within the App.
