Deleting Account And Personal Information

Trisummit Technologies takes data privacy seriously. The Sacred Apps Suite has three mobile applications currently in either production or development. These apps are listed as follows:

  • Sacred Records
  • Sacred Plants
  • Sacred Lands

Data Gathered

In the account creation process, we store the following from the oauth2 authentication server which currently is from either Google or Apple.

  • UserId
  • Given Name
  • Family Name
  • Billing Name
  • Email
  • Photo (Google Only)

Additional Data Stored

  • Purchases
  • Subscriptions
  • Selected Language
  • Selected Theme

Some of the user data is stored in duplicate in the purchase history and subscription history.

Deletion of Data

All three mobile applications follow the same rules:

  1. You can have your account deleted directly in the app in the settings tab. From the deletion of the account, all data will be removed including purchase and subscription histories.
  2. By deleting personal data, your account will still function.
